The challenge
The group ran Google and Meta ads for implants and Invisalign. Campaigns were measured on form fills and calls, but front-desk staff estimated only about half of those leads ever booked.
Follow-up depended on how busy reception was, and some leads waited until the next day.
What we did
- Close the loopBookings from the practice management system are matched to the original lead and sent back to Google and Meta as offline conversions.
- Faster follow-upEvery new lead gets an SMS within minutes with a booking link, and reception gets a task if it has not booked within two hours.
- Campaign changesBidding moved to booked appointments, and spend shifted toward the treatments and clinics with the best booking rates.
- Monthly reviewOur specialist reviews results with the practice manager each month, including treatment capacity per clinic.
