Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the conversiontrip.com website and to the marketing services conversiontrip.com provides. By using the website, booking a call or approving a proposal, you agree to them. If a signed proposal or statement of work says something different, that document takes priority for that engagement.
Who we are and what we do
conversiontrip.com is a marketing agency. We learn how your business works, then plan, build and oversee custom automation for paid media, SEO / GEO / AEO and articles, and tracking and measurement. Automation handles repetitive work within rules agreed with you; our team makes the decisions and is accountable for the work.
Using this website
The content on this website is general information about our services, not advice for your specific situation. Examples, figures and sample activity shown on the site are illustrative unless stated otherwise. You may not misuse the website, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
The free audit
The free audit is a call followed by a written review of your advertising, tracking and website. To prepare it, we may ask for read-only access to your accounts; we make no changes during the audit. The audit creates no obligation on either side, and we may decline an audit or engagement at our discretion.
Proposals and engagements
Paid work starts only after you approve a written proposal that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and notice period. Changes to the scope are agreed in writing, by email is enough, before work on them begins.
How we work: automation with human oversight
- We agree the rules the automation follows with you before it goes live, such as budget limits, bid ranges and what may be paused automatically.
- Routine changes within those rules can happen automatically. Our team monitors them and can reverse them.
- Significant changes wait for your approval. These include new campaigns, budget increases beyond the agreed limits and published articles.
- We report what changed and why at the cadence set in your proposal.
Your responsibilities
- Give us the access, information and approvals we need, on time.
- Make sure what you tell us is accurate, and that you have the rights to any materials you give us, such as logos, product information and customer lists.
- Make sure your products, offers and claims comply with the law and with the advertising platforms’ policies.
- Keep the right privacy notices and consent tools on your own website, since tracking we set up runs there.
- Pay your advertising spend to the platforms directly, unless your proposal says otherwise.
Accounts, data and ownership
Everything we set up runs in accounts you own, including ad accounts, analytics, tag managers, data warehouses and your website. You remain the owner of those accounts, your data, and the campaigns, content and reports we create for you, once the related fees are paid. We keep ownership of our own know-how, templates, scripts and tools that existed before the engagement or are not specific to you; where they are built into your set-up, you may keep using them for your own business.
Third-party platforms
Our services depend on platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, TikTok, X, Shopify and HubSpot, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account reviews or suspensions, or changes to how they report data, although we will help you respond to them.
Fees and payment
Fees, the billing schedule and payment terms are set out in each proposal. Unless the proposal says otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days, and fees exclude taxes, which are added where they apply. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work after giving you notice.
Results
We work to improve your measurement and marketing performance, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as rankings, revenue, return on ad spend or cost per acquisition. They depend on factors outside our control, including markets, competition, platform algorithms, your budget and your website.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This does not apply to information that is already public, was known before, or must be disclosed by law. We will not name you as a client or publish your results without your permission.
Data protection
How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy. When we process personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions, and we can sign a data processing agreement on request.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, revenue or data.
Ending an engagement
Either side may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the proposal, or immediately if the other side seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of being told. When an engagement ends, we hand over what we built in your accounts, along with notes on how it works, and remove our access. Fees for work done up to the end date remain payable.
Events outside our control
Neither side is responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as platform outages, internet failures or natural events.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to an engagement is the one in place when you approved its proposal, unless we both agree otherwise. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where conversiontrip.com is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you are based gives you rights that cannot be waived.
